Reply to Mailing List
Adds a "reply to mailing list" button to your toolbar and the message menu. Pressing it will
open an email reply window with only one single "To:" address set: The mailing list address.
Note: This only works if the mailing list has set the apropriate mail headers.
The extension provides a workaround for bug
#45715
which has been open for more than 5 years now. Unlike
the other reply-to-list extension,
this here works with a normal, unpatched version of Thunderbird.
Please keep in mind that this whole thing is a hack - it uses some timeouts to change the
address, and so it takes 1.5 seconds after the reply window is opened until the address is
changed and the cursor/focus is back to the text editor.
